“Discs – Notes from Life” is an artistic record of everyday life, saturated with content and form. The author uses the entire range of possibilities of glass as a material: she fuses individual elements together, uses applications made of other materials (e.g. metal mesh), introduces an engraving, and builds compositions from transparent and colored glass. This variety of technical solutions and means of expression seems to correspond to the wealth of experiences that life brings. At the same time, the figural drawings included in the compositions create a mosaic of forms that make up the tissue of human existence: there are human figures or individual parts of the human body, drops that can be interpreted as tears, elements associated with the world of nature: the sun or the sea. All this is closed in a circular form (evoking the metaphor of the life cycle), in the middle of which there is a shape resembling a heart with red veins and blue arteries, as well as colorless connectors spreading in all directions.
